Why planes and csys not visible after successful installation of Creo 2.0?

I recently installed Creo 2.0. Installation seems to be successful. However, once I open a new Part, the planes and the coordinate system are not visible and I cannot start sketching. I uninstalled and re-installed Creo 2.0, but the problem remains. Any ideas? I need help!

Hi!

It turned out that I had a problem with my graphics director. I sent an email at the Support area and I received a very helpful reply with all the steps I had to follow. It is nothing to worry about!
