Windchill+/Creo Attribute Mapping for Change Objects

Hi all,

Creo+ Version - 13.1.0.1-001

Windchill+ Version - 12.1.2.17

I'm trying to map attributes from Windchill+ to our start parts and then drawing templates to populate our change block. I feel like I'm probably not the first to try this and imagine there's a solution out there I just can't find. One major issue I face is that due to being on a Windchill+ system, I don't have the ability to change attributes through Type & Attribute Management without moving through PTC. If that is the only way to achieve my goal I will, but just need to know if that's my best bet.

The attributes I would like to map would be :

Change Notice Number

CA II 

Description

Resolution Date

If anyone has some information I would be grateful! Attached is image of an ECN with red outlines for the desired information to be mapped.
