Windchill Server Registration in CREO

I am using Creo Parametric Release 5.0 and Datecode5.0.5.0

Few users are trying to register windchill server, Action is successful.
But Every time they log off CREO and restart CREO, user has to again register windchill server by adding url.

Need help to make it permanent server registration.

Hi,

Tried with mentioned config.

But was not successful.

Other challenge is same config is used by other users, where they are not facing any issue.

Issue is seen in couple of users only.

Any other workaround or solution?

If you have your Creo browser homepage set to your Windchill server, you should be able to activate a workspace instead of registering the server manually. I'm wondering if the users with this problem don't have an active workspace. Did you check that?

Hi,

the problem can be related to Creo Platform Agent installation. If Creo Platform Agent is not running, windchill server registration is forgotten.
