CoCreate Me10 does not load the win_prt_mgr macro on Windows Server 2025

ME10  cannot initialize its Windows print subsystem on Windows Server 2025.
The error win_prt_mgr is not defined proves the ME10 print macro is not loaded. any idea to make it work

As mentioned, I tried running the job to convert a drawing to TIF, but I received the win_prt_mgr macro error. I’ve attached a screenshot for reference.

The printer is properly installed, the printer service is running at the Windows level, and I’ve checked the printer—everything seems fine. However, the ME10 macro does not appear to load or work.
