CoCreate Me10 not working on win11

Hello,

 

after the upgrade of win 11 from 23h2 to 24h2  Me10 (CoCr2D CAD doesn't work anymore

Where is the problem? How can I resolve it?

Auto-resolved... in the update of win 11 there isn't a file that ME10 need it:

ctl3d32.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64

The first big problem is: there is too less information available!

 

  • What's the error message?
  • Is the ME10 process visible in Taskmanager?
    • means: does it start and hang, or does it terminate immediately?
  • Whats your license Server?
  • Is the license server running?
  • Where is the license server installed?
  • Is the license server reachable? => h ttp://<serverhostname>:17171/
    • if yes : any mad notifications? => h ttp://<serverhostname>:17171/m.html
  • Does ME10 still know about the server's  host name?

Hello,

 

nothing error message, I can't open the program anymore before the upgrade from win 11 23h2 to 24h2

 

I tried to reinstall Me10, the programm is visible in Taskmanager but nothing happens

 

Do you have the file setup of Me10? So I'll try with a new one

All the software of PTC which can be installed can be downloaded via https://support.ptc.com => Software.

Not a single question regarding the mandatory License Server got answered.
