Creo License "User Not Verified"

Can't renew my student license... I've tried reinstalling and running setup, which seemed to work. I have the new license .dat file, it let me pick it and continue, but doesn't seem to recognize it. When Creo 6.0.2.0 loads it tells me I'm not licensed and to renew. When I try to enter my user name and password it says "User Not Verified"

Any help out there?

With some help, deleting all PTC items from computer, including old licenses, and removing the programdata directory, then re installing everything, it worked. Good luck to others.

I tried creating a new account with different email address.... installing version 7 and same issue. 😞
