Failed upgrade from CREO Parametric 11.0.4.0 to 11.0.6.0

I attempted to upgrade from CREO Parametric 11.0.4.0 to 11.0.6.0 this morning. When I go to start 11.0.6.0, it fails to start because it cannot find a .psf file. The only "reconfigure.exe" file I can find is in the C:\Program Files\PTC\FLEXnet Admin License Server\bin folder, which merely shows me the available license server. I cannot uninstall under Windows either. Is there a way to salvage this installation or manually uninstall and start over? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I have an update. I was able to use RevoUninstaller Pro to remove CREO Parametric 11.0.6.0 and then reinstall it. The reinstallation was successful, so I am back in business. Thanks to remy and MartinHanak for their replies.

Hi

the error message is explicit : by running reconfigure.exe, you will create a new psf file.

That reconfigure.exe is located at <Creo 11.0.6.0 Install>\Parametric\bin folder.

Maybe the first thing is to browser to that location and populate the files in there.

Thank-you for your reply, but as I stated in my original post, there is no reconfigure.exe in the \Creo 11.0.6.0\parametric\bin folder. It appears that the bin folder is incomplete. Please see the attached file.
