License PTC Creo Elements/ Model Manager

Dear Sir/ Madam.
This is  license PTC Creo Elements/Model Manager. i dont know why cant fill right hostname.

Plz, help me support this problem.

Let have a look to the file Direct Model and Drawing Manager 18.1\getnrun.ini and check if the url (ex: url=http://MyModelManagerServer:80/ModelManagerSetup.exe) makes reference to your Model Manager Server environment.

If not (probably) let make adjustment, or remove and reinstall your Model Manager client.
