Opening a PDF from Windchill in the Creo Embedded Browser Causes an Http Status 500 Internal Error

Hello,

When trying to open a pdf from windchill on the embedded browser on Creo 5, I receive this error

I tried following this article where this was solved Article - CS271042 - Downloading attachment of CAD document from Creo embedded chromium browser fails (ptc.com), however I do not have the Windchill Shell installed on my system. I require the embedded browser to be set to chromium_browser, otherwise other tools will not work. Is there any other known solution to this issue?
