PartLibrary: Load a part from the catalog and position more times

Hi, we need a function to load a part from the catalog.

Then we will position the part multiple. (without a liner or radial direction).

Now we have to use "next" and "edge". Thats slow.

Ohne dazwischen immer wieder "Nächste" und "Kante" anzuklicken.
