Preselection Mode in Creo Modeling 20.1

Hello!

 

We have a small, but really irritating problem with our new Creo Modeling 20.1 installation - sometimes when we start with the program the tick in the Viewport settings for "Preselection Mode" is not there and must be manually activated. Any idea why this could be happening? Is there some kind of a keyboard button combination, which the engineers push unknowingly, which can cause that kind of behavior? Thanks in advance!

Before turning on preselection, start the recorder and record the button presses.  Then post the recorder file here.  I would like to take a look at it.
