transfer CREO Direct to new computer

Does anyone have advice on how to move my individual CREO Elements Direct license to a new computer?  I'm retired and don't expect to use it to make money, so I'm not enthused about paying annual subscription fees.  I just want to be able to use my old version for personal projects without having to count on a 6-year-old computer.
