A way to get a copy of a field of type Pick with all entries?

Hello team,

Is there a way to get a copy of a field of type Pick with all entries?
Like pick values of Field1 are: One, Two, Three.
A new target field with name Field2 of type pick should have the same One, Two, Three values inside.
