A way to put a requirement's field value inside Admin Query?

Hello team,

Is there a way to put a requirement's field value inside Admin Query?

Here is the case. Every ReqDoc (and nested Requirements) has a field called Level\Allowed Level (1,2,3) and traces are allowed from level to level+1 only. So during trace creation I need to execute a search for all ReqDocs where Level field value = AllowedLevel value of selected requirement. How can I get and use the value of selected object in these kind of Query?
