Behavior in Windowed Mode

I have two users who are reporting that when the client is not maximized, F5 is not refreshing the window. When it is maximized, F5 works just fine. This doesn't happen on either of my computers. They are using Windows 7. I am using 7 and 8.1. Has anyone seen this behavior and found a fix for it?

We are running Integrity 10.5 with no hotfixes.

    I can see this on 10.5, 10.6, and 10.7. I suggest opening a case for this problem and get a bug report posted.

    Apparently this only happens if you resize the window below a certain threshold (about half the screen). This does happen on my computers. There seems to be a hysteresis with it also.

    I can see this on 10.5, 10.6, and 10.7. I suggest opening a case for this problem and get a bug report posted.
