Capture Event

How can we capture a event (i.e Delete , Insert, Copy etc).

So that we can use that event in a trigger rule.

For Example ( What I want to do is:

If user want to delete( right click to delete ) a content of a Segment and then change the project of deleted content to xyz project.

How can I capture the delete event, so I use that deleted event in trigger rule to change the project.

Please guide us.
