Could not connect to MSSQL database while installing RV&S server application

Your post appears well documented but has not yet received any response. I am replying to raise awareness. Hopefully, another community member will be able to help.

Also, feel free to add any additional information you think might be relevant. For example:

• Have you verified that the database instance information (e.g., server name, port, instance name) is correct?
• Are you using the correct username and password to connect to the MSSQL database?
• Is the Windchill server able to reach the MSSQL server over the network? Are there any firewall or network restrictions that might be blocking the connection?

It sometimes helps to have screenshots to better understand what you are trying to do.
