Creating Traces from Windchill RV&S to Windchill PLM

Windchill RV&S version - 12.5.0.3

Windchill PLM -11.0 M020

Is there a way to create traces from requirements specification document in Windchill RV&S to Windchill PLM,  I have certain documents that are residing in Windchill PLM projects and I have to create traces from Requirements specification document in windchill RV&S  to documents stored in Windchill PLM.
