During installation I recieved "An error was encountered while installing the Service Pack:

During installation I recieved "An error was encountered while installing the Service Pack: FAILED_TO_ADD_KEY_MSG".  The don't see the 2 logs it tells me to look at, in the directory path.

    I believe the issue is I don't have Admin Rights to my machine. I'm getting access rights and will try to install.

    Hi Randy.

    How did you make out with the service pack install?  That is the likely culprit, as admin rights are needed on the Windows machine to install the service pack.
