Enhancement Request of Scrolling-Menu

When we have many menu items, not all menu items are shown up, and we cannot select some menu items.

<More specifically>

If we use a laptop PC of B5 size, only 30 menu items are shown up on the screen, and the 31th item are half-shown, and we cannot see the rest of items.

If we use a laptop PC of A4 size, only 33 menu items are shown up, and we cannot see the rest of items.

If we encounter such a situation, we have to switch over to the another menu, this is cumbersome and time-consuming.

We want to have a vertical scroll bar as depicted below.
