Error message for free trial of Modeler 9.1

When I try to login, I get an error regarding SQL server during my install.  I'm doing a standalone install and meet all of the computer hardware/software requirements per the installation guide.  HELP?

Hello,

 

Did you follow the attached installation instructions?

Seems the installer can't connect to SQL Server for some reason.
