Error when trying to break a lock or drop a member

When I try to break a lock or drop a member I get the following error:

"The Source server cannot communicate with the Integrity server because the Integrity server version is too old. Please contact your Source administrator."

Why? I am the administrator.

    Hi Dan,

    Have you checked the knowledgebase for that error? CS157386 says that can occur if someone disconnects the "guest" user. Article CS108801 talks about RFC 842723 which was implemented in Integrity 10.5 to correct this problem.
