Error while importing a word document into MKS

Hi PTC Team,

We are trying to import 2 word documents in non condensed format.

When we click on next button we faced the errors (attached).

Please let us know how to proceed further on this.

    Hi Prateek,

    I'd suggest opening up a Support case, to look at this, as there are a few variables that could be causing you issues, including your customer-specific files that you're trying to use, and the mapping that has been configured for them.

    Thanks for the quick response.

    It would be great if we could have a webex session, where we can show you the live demo and it can be resolved early.

    Since it is a confidential document, we cannot share any information from the document as a support case.

    Support will be able to do an online Webex with you, if you open a case.
