Exporting and Importing Templates for MKS Integrity 2009

Question

I am looking for the templates needed to Emport and Import files from MKS Integrity 2009 to Excel and/or Word. The files are not located as described in the user guide and I was wonedering if anyone knew where I could find copies. According to Customer Support, PTC is in the process of moving the files and threads from the Legacy system and they are not sure when they will become available. Any assistance that can be provided will be greatly appreciated.

Looking for:

1. MKSIntegrity2007_SP2_MSExcel2003_Integration.zip
2. MKSIntegrity_MSWord_3_0_Integration_R2.zip

Hi Kent,Go to http://www.ptc.com/appserver/auth/it/esd/index.jsp, scroll down to Integrity, click that hyperlink, select the product version you need, then <Version> Features > Most Recent Datacode will have a list of integrations including Excel and Word. I just checked 10.1. I'm not sure what it means if there's a 0 MB download. You might have to use the previous version in that case.Regards,Dave
