File->Integrations and SCC Software packages not added in the regedit(machine). Please support this

Hi All,

step1: from PTC menu bar,go the file->Integration

step2: Enable Integrations,I am trying to add SCC packages.

step3: when I go to machine regedit and checked SCC packages added,but actually not added in the regedit.

step4: Due to this,I unable to do configuring,link Enterprieses Architecture with PTC.

let me know if you need any other informations.

kindly please support for the same.

    Hi Sivakumar,

    I suggest you may want to open an Integrity support case, for this particular inquiry, and explain a little more of what you're trying to check, in the Windows registry, with the enabled SCC integration.  Are there specific keys you are looking for, and if so, which ones?
