Gateway Export exception

Dears,
I am exporting documents into word. When the gateway is retrieving the items I get an exception
mks.frame.app.ui.ViewException

Questions:

1. Can I improve the debug level for the Integrity Client to get more detailed messages?
2. Can I improve the debug level for the Gateway?
3. Any recommendations in how I can understand this problem?

In short:

1) Client logging options can be set in your local "IntegrityClientSite.rc" file.

2) I looked in the Gateway documentation and found no information on how to increase logging details.

3) I would look at what could make this item special that it causes a View exception, something special in the Text field for example.

4) I would open a case with PTC Support.
