Getting error when I try to resynchronize change packages

I was wondering if anyone has run into this problem when trying to resynchronize change packages:

Prepared or callable statement has more than 2000 parameter markers

I also happens when I try to resynch through the Integrity Client.  What does this mean and what is the fix ?

      Hi Hector Magnanao,

      This looks like like SPR 5342367/CS166753 to me.  Please open a case with PTC Integrity Support to confirm this and have your organization added to the SPR.
