How do i create a document with integrity

I am new to Integrity.  I have version 11, Build 11.1.0.961, API Version 4.16.961.  I just want to create a document and start writing my specifications and requirements.  I am going through the eLearning and it keeps referring to Requirement Engineering Viewset but i don't see this view set in any of the viewsets that exist in the program

the elearning course is probably using a solution template - a set of fields, types, projects, viewsets, etc. that one can install on the Integrity Server.  These courses are based on the in-person training, which uses a solution template to set up the training environment.

I suggest opening a ticket with PTC University to see what they template are using and whether you can install it on their own system.
