How do I restore a dashboard in Integrity?

First time in Integrity since shutting down for Christmas and I'm getting an error on my dashboard saying 'Cannot show view information: MKS6412172: Dashboard "Document Management Dashboard" does not exist.

If I go into Administration, 'Document Management Dashboard' does not show up in the dashboard list under Workflows and Documents.  I have no idea what happened to it.  

Questions:

1) Can i restore it somehow?

2) If not, can I restore it from the distribution

3) If I install the 11.2 update (I'm running 11.1), will this restore the missing dashboard?
