How do I, with viewsegment, extract a table from an Integrity document

I am trying to use the C# API to extract a table from a document. I have a felling it has to do with the fields:width:rich option but I am not getting that to work. What am I doing incorrectly...or is there a better way?

    please explain what you want to achive exactly. What kind of table, please?

    In this particular case it is a revision history table(I know our company could use baseline and labels to track revision history, but some of the WORD mangers insist on the revision history like shown)

     

    I think I might have figured this out(but I'm open to ideas to try)...but now I'm wondering how to extract a image from an integrity requirements document?
