How do you add new users in the production side after it is locked down?

We have recently added an additional Integrity server for staging and deployment which caused us to lock down the production server.

When adding new users to our Integrity system, we currently have to import them from LDAP, and then use the Integrity Admin Migration Wizard to move the new user to the production environment.

Is there an easier way to accomplish this task of adding a new user to production?

    i think at the moment there is no other way, but with Integrity 10.5:

    When the Integrity Server property mksis.im.allowPrincipalCreationOnLockedServer is enabled, you can perform the following operations on a locked server:

    • User > Create
    • User > Import
    • Group > Create
    • Group > Import
