How to add only required Top-Level Projects in the "Projects" TAB View

Hello Support,

In the "view projects" menu, we can create a TAB View of "Projects" to which a particular user has access permission.

It can be filtered also.

But what I want is to create a TAB Window with all my needed projects Tree instead of all the projects where I have access permission without running the filter everytime.

Any Initial SETUP File for the GUI or some other customization which will enable me to create a TAB Window View containing my needed Projects Tree View instead of using the filter.
