Question

How to create sandbox for labelled subproject

I would like to use the Create Sandbox wizard to create a sandbox for a subproject that has been checkpointed.

The wizard is only allowing creation of sandboxes by labels (checkpoints) from the root project.

For example, given the hierarchy:

project.pj  {MyProject}

    |

    -- Applications

           |

           -- FixtureUtility

The subproject "FixtureUtility" is checkpointed with the label "Version 1.3".

The label "Version 1.3" does not appear on the MyProject tree.

Is this an Integrity question?

If so, @Tmetcalf can move it to the Integrity questions area to get the right exposure.

Yes, this is a PTC Integrity issue (not the Document Viewset, but the Developer Viewset).

If you want to have a sandbox of an specific checkpoint you need to create a "build sandbox". In the second step of the create sandbox wizard you can select the appropriate subproject and click next. Now you can choose "Build" and than you can choose between Revision number or label.
