How to display a Traced/Relationship items on the same Item ?

How to display a Traced/Relationship items on the same Item ?

Example

Release Spawns Task and Task Spawned By Release, 

here Task-456 is in relationship with Release-123. So Release-123 should be visible on Task Type with new field as a Related Spawned By Releases [Release-123]. 

How can we achieve this? Is there any trigger ?

We can see Similar to "Document ID" on Contents.
