How to Import PDF document in Integrity without converting to Word file..?

Is there any way to import PDF file to Integrity..?

    Hello Shubham,

    I am happy to inform you that it is possible to import a PDF document into Integrity Lifecycle Manager. However, this functionality is not available "out of the box". In order to facilitate a direct PDF import you would need to create a customized parser tool for use with Integrity Gateway. If you are not familiar with Gateway please have a look at our Gateway knowledge hub:

    If you are not experienced with XML or do not have the desire to create a customized parser on your own our PTC Services team would be happy to assist. Please reach out to your account/sales representative for more information on the PTC Services team.

    Alternatively, you are welcome to submit a Product Idea to have this feature available "out of the box" in a future release of Integrity. To do this please visit the following link and select "Create a Product Idea" on the right hand side of the page:

    Hi Tyler Misner,

    We are familiar with XML customization, we have done it for Word Import & Export. But In case of PDF we are not getting what exactly we need to do.

    Could you please assist us regarding same or provide an example of XML file for PDF Import.

    Hello again Shubham,

    Providing solutions such as assistance with a customized parser for Gateway is the domain of PTC Services. Furthermore, I have also searched many resources (both internal and external) for a sample PDF importer for Gateway but unfortunately I was unable to locate one.
