HTML data import to RV&S

Has anybody an idea how to import HTML data (laws, norms, standards, ...) to RV&S directly or via Requirements Connector?
Example:
We need to provide traceability and evidence to EU standards like:
EUR-Lex - 32023R1542 - EN - EUR-Lex (europa.eu)
Of course there is a workaround via PDFs and the ReqMan-Tool. But importing real HTML data would be much more precise and less effort than the PDF path. ReqMan does not accept HTML either.
