HTML report on Document changes

Hi, can anyone assist me in getting HTML Report with historical Comparison of changes in the Document with a configurable set of files to be compared? I know that there is a GUI function "View differences" but it cannot be saved for further review and sharing with the team.

What I have found is a standard report - "Document content" but it allows to compare only requirements text and not any other field.

If there is no standard way then maybe someone can share custom report recipe as I'm sure a lot of people have had the same tasks and issues but I'm quite a newbie with this system.
