In the last couple weeks Chrome stopped working for many of my users

In the last couple weeks we have starting seeing users unable to sign on the Integrity using Google Chrome.  We get an error 500 that the user name and password do not match the current session.

 

It works fine with IE and Firefox. 

 

Any thoughts?

I've just updated to Chrome 65 (64.0.3282), and can't reproduce the login failure.
