Inquire about calling Integrity from Windchill RV&S to Java API
I wonder if there is a way to create a user like a screenshot in the Java API.
(Windchill RV&S Java API 4.16.4)

Just type "integrity" in your CMD and you will see whole list of available APIs:-
In your case you need "createmksdomainuser". Please cross verify that user which is executing this API has necessary rights to create new user under mksdomain.
