Inserting Image Attachment in PTC Integrity Life Cycle Manager Documents

Hi,

 

I have a question about inserting image in Integrity Requirement Document. We tried to add an image into the text column o f the document. It can be added and displayed. However image field is replaced by red broken image thumbnail, after saving the document.

 

Could anyone has any clue about it?

Could you please provide couple of details ?

- Which user interface were you using - Swing UI or web UI ?

- It would help if you can send across the screenshot showing broken thumbnail image.
