Integrity docs generation is failing at a particular field

Hello All,

I was trying to generate Integrity documentation for Integrity 10.5.

It is failing for a particular field in Integrity "Notes Report FVA"

This field was added recently on SPR Task type.

The error which I'm getting is "An FVA to attachment field Attachment RTF does not exist"

The field "Attachment RTF" is also present on SPR Task type.

I've attached the screenshot of the error.

Can anyone please give some insight about the cause of this error and how to address this issue.

    Hello Omkar,

    In general, with MS Word Gateway export issues the mapping template and formatting template are quite useful in trying to determine the cause of the issue.

    In this case, I suspect the issue lies elsewhere. I recommend opening a case with PTC Integrity Support on this issue, and asking if this is issue is being caused by defect RFC 981574.
