Is .bmp file supports in exporting PTC documents via gateway export ?

I am facing an issue with document export via Gateway-> Export wizard. Please find the screenshot

Is .bmp file supports in gateway? Please suggest an appropriate way to export.

I would say the % is not a valid file character. What's the file name of the bmp exactly you used to upload into Integrity?

Thanks for your response.

As i mentioned in earlier 10%.bmp is the name of attachment file. Please find the attached image.

Even I am thinking same % is not a valid file character. We can upload into Integrity but cant export via MS Word with Gateway Export Wizard.
