Question

Is it possible to set the default of a rich content field to be rich rather than plain text?

I'd like to set a default value for new nodes in a document, in my case a table. I've tried prefixing with <!-- MKS HTML --> but all the HTML tags just appear as typed and not rendered. I suspect it's not possible.

Hello Paul ,

I'd say if you can't do it, it cannot be done! That's all I have, sorry.

Hi Paul Bowden‌,

it worked for me inserting the already formatted text. The mks prefix is added automatically (see apiviewer in screenshot). I created a table within Integrity to make sure i use a set of markups that Integrity can interpret correctly.

In the screenshot you can see, that in the new node the default text is display as in the line before, where i created the text which i copied into "Set Default Value:".
