Is it true, that change packages will get lost if we do an Update to Version 10.9

PTC-Integrity

We used change packages in the past and want to access the data after the update, because we need to look at things we changed.

Is it true, that this function is not available after an update?

      Hi Thomas,

      I am not sure where you heard this but change packages are an integral part of our solution and by no means would you lose this capability with an upgrade.  If you have tested the upgrade and do not see change package data then a support ticket should be opened to investigate.

        What Lance mentioned is true.  You should retain your change packages after a normal upgrade.

        If you are seeing conflicting info on this, somewhere, please let us know, but I'm not aware of any guide/article, where that is mentioned.
