Is there a way to add comment while clearing the suspect? We want to record why the trace relationship has been cleared

unfortunately, the clear suspect form has not comment field.

What I usually suggest to my clients is to use the "Additional Comments" field instead.

This is a standard ALM field and can be added to the Content item if needed.

As this functionality is often requested by clients, this would also be a great Idea for this portal here.

Perhaps you can add one?

No you can't add comments during suspect clear. You can add an field to capture comments in your type.
