Also, feel free to add any additional information you think might be relevant. For example:

• Which specific revisions (e.g., Rev0) or states (e.g., Initial) do you want to restrict trace creation for?
• How is your current access control configured for creating traces in Windchill? Are there any existing rules or permissions in place?
• What is the desired outcome when a user attempts to create a trace for a requirement at the restricted revision or state? Should they receive an error message, or should the option be hidden entirely?
