Is there a way to enable read access to some model items to identified persons and hide them completely to others ?

To ensure confidentiality of information, we need to give access to some parts of a model to identified persons and give no access to others. 80% of model's information are shared and visible by anyone and 20% shall be hidden graphically but also hidden for scripts and browsing.
