Is there a way to export the content from another document into a Word Export

I've been using an custom Word export file to share information from a document in Integrity. On eof the item exported is a Trace and in thiis case only the ID is available. I would like to add more information from this ID, like its main description field "text". Is there a way to get the content from that trace, using the ID? 

Actually, <%{Mitigated By} richcontent="false"%> return the traced item ID.
