License Issues in MKS 2009

Hi,

Does the license gets released once the session times out in Integrity 2009?

I need a way out by which i can release the license once the session times out on one machine and license should be granted to the other person logging in.

Please help.

    Hi Deepika,

    It sounds like you are talking about "floating" (aka concurrent) licenses which can be used by anyone logging in rather than "named" (aka seat) licenses which are granted to a specific person.

    Each of these licneses has a different cost associated to them so you will need to work with your PTC representative to determine what is in your contract or what is appropriate for your company.

    If you are having trouble installing the license file itself, you should open a case with PTC support.
