License server over VLANs

Hi,

Or Integrity (+ Modeler) license server runs on a specific VLAN (different from the one which Integrity server runs on). There is a firewall between those 2 VLANs.

 

My problem is I don't have any influence on the ports used by the license daemons (MKS and ARTSANSW), which makes the settings of the firewall pretty difficult.

 

Has anybody found an acceptable solution for this issue?

You can add a port for the vendor daemon by adding "port=[port]" at the end of the VENDOR line.

    Thanks a lot for the help @awalsh ! Indeed, we can even set the ports in the flexnet admin website. I just found the settings and it works great.
